Michael Wood, President

Michael began his career working with Florida Banks and Credit Unions shortly after graduating from the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse in 1985. During his extensive career in construction and renovation sales and management, he has garnered and refined the skills and creativity necessary to help organizations manage building projects of any scale.

In 2011 Michael and business associate David Taylor founded Financial Facilities, Inc. in Tampa, FL. Michael's notable relationships with both clients and industry partners earned Financial Facilities Inc. a respected name in the industry and an edge with service providers. Michael has built his reputation on integrity and the ability to get the job done better, faster and more afford-ably. His vast experience with the specific and complex needs of financial institutions affords his clients both aesthetics and functionality, and the practical knowledge and insight he has accumulated through his many years of service.

In 2019, looking to grow outside of banking facilities Michael started Design Build Facility Solutions, Inc. and now applies his extensive knowledge to include medical facilities in addition to financial facilities. Michaels hands-on approach to construction and renovation management will ensure your project is completed not only accurately, cost-effectively and in a timely manner, but that it is also tailored to the specific needs of your business.
