A PROJECT MANAGEMENT COMPANY

Our team is very proud of the state-of-the-art branch build-out for USF Federal Credit Union, located inside the Marshall Student Center on the USF campus. A joint venture between USF Federal Credit Union and the USF College of Business, the branch will eventually be a “student-operated for credit hours” venture.

This new branch location focuses on student members and forgoes traditional teller lines, instead utilizing self-service banking technologies including full service ATM’s for deposits and cash withdrawals. The unique design includes a currently-unused space for in-lobby tellers and/or additional desired technologies to accommodate future growth.

The edgy, youthful design makes the most of the small footprint; circular patterns throughout create intuitive traffic flows and also give the space a more expansive feel. A warm, playful color palette gives the branch a friendly and inviting ambience with an air of sophistication.

Working together with USF Federal Credit Union, USF Campus officials and Marshall Student Center officials, our team managed a fast-paced schedule in order to keep disruptions at the student center at a minimum also to complete construction before scheduled summer student orientations. We completed this project within the very short timeline required and also with a very impressive result.
