USF Federal Credit Union’s newest branch located in north Tampa, FL is the first stand-alone branch located off of a University of South Florida campus. This new branch is a generous 12,500 square feet, two-story center complete with state-of-the-art drive-thru services.
The facility is newly constructed and to date the largest branch for USF FCU. The first level is dedicated to member-centric services including offices dedicated to wealth management, real estate and other financial planning services. Also spacious conference and board rooms outfitted with the latest technology, accommodating any audio/visual needs, which are available for public rental for presentations, training or private gatherings.
The second level houses both the central call center and operations center along with an employee collaboration area, and serves as the epicenter for the institution.
The building location abuts a natural preserve that enhances the open architecture and sets the mood for a relaxed and warm interior space. The exterior architecture confirms the USF FCU brand and draws you in with its details and refuge from the nearby thoroughfare. Design strategies take advantage of the natural eco system and the building orientation with its large glass facades and reinforce the commitment that USF FCU has made to provide a healthy and comfortable working environment for both its customers and employees.
The warm color palette of the furnishings is offset with cool gray walls and ceilings and well lit utilizing natural light along and the latest LED lighting throughout. The contemporary design-style features clean lines and circular patterns, lending a youthful, energetic feel while incorporating ergonomic sit/stand work stations and open spaces for collaborative interaction.
We are extremely proud of this project. It serves both the members and staff of USF Federal Credit Union with a spacious, contemporary institution built on cutting-edge technology that will serve the community for years to come.
