San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union partnered with Design Build Solutions for their most recent branch in Dade City, FL. The new 3544 square foot facility, conveniently located near St. Leo University and Florida State Road 52, is San Antonio Citizens FCU’s fourth branch to serve Eastern Pasco and Eastern Hernando Counties in central Florida.

The new facility features a spacious member seating area surrounded by brightly lit member services offices. Glass partition give the space a contemporary feel and oversized windows allow for ample natural light.

The new branch offers tradition teller stations along with drive through services that can accommodate up to five vehicles simultaneously. The drive through teller area is adjacent to – but separated from the inside teller station, keeping background noise to a minimum.

Warm wood furnishings throughout add to the sophisticated design and complements a floor plan that maximizes space yet feels spacious and airy.
