The Semoran Branch of Orlando Federal Credit Union was the second branch location to be renovated and to incorporate the new brand identity established at their main office.

This bustling location had great bones and structure. Implementing the new retail brand assets created an expansive feel and the Member Central nucleus created an impressive focal point, reinforced by geometric architectural elements. Mixed mediums on the flooring was used to design an intuitive traffic flow and clear, highly visible signage easily directs members to the appropriate service areas.

As in the main office renovation, this renovation was constructed while occupied, requiring a high level of expertize and planning to minimize the impact on the credit union’s on-going, daily business. Our Company has a history of excellence in managing these “occupied renovations”. Careful planning and precise work-schedules are critical to the success of projects of this nature, and they have a proven record of success in this arena.
