Orlando Federal Credit Union is a well-established institution in the Orlando community and has been serving members since 1936. This growing institution currently provides member services at 10 locations and was in need of an updated retail brand presence that better represented their progressive approach to member services.
The main office location served as the launch site of the re-brand; it would be critical that the new retail identity would work effectively across all locations.
The original main office lobby layout was segmented and box-y. A complete demo of the interior was necessary to create a more open, inviting space. Soft warm furnishings and fixtures accented with rich dark cabinetry gives the lobby a modern yet relaxed feel. Member Services offices were fitted with windowed partitioned walls that create bright, inviting spaces and a new Member Services areas provide for Member Self-Service computer stations and a luxurious seating area with rich leather armchairs that make waiting a most comfortable experience.
The branch was renovated in sections to allow the branch to continue normal operations during the construction phase. Michael Wood worked closely with operations personnel to limit the impact of construction to both credit union employees and their members.
